Although we track weight, it is only one small reference to measure people’s progress. Weight is extremely subjective, you will vary in weight throughout the day. If you don’t believe me, weigh yourself in the morning at 7am, at 10am, at noon, at 2 pm, at 5pm , 7pm and then right before bed. With KUT, your weight number may or may not change much but your clothing size will go down, your posture, your self confidence, your strength, your energy level and your overall life will improve! Because it is not all about how little you eat, or how much pounds you lose. It is about getting healthier and improving every day.
